When it Rains it Pours

This is a two story home, that experienced a water loss to their home when San Antonio received a day of heavy rainfall. The clients returned home to a water damaged ceiling and water puddled upstairs.  As you can see from the pictures they had some beautiful wood flooring as well. SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio arrived on the job site and began our evaluation of how to get her back to "preloss" condition. We placed our specialty drying mats to salvage the wood flooring and demoed part of the drywall to dry out property where water traveled too.
