Pipe Leak

This bathroom in San Antonio, TX was the result of pin hole leak in a pipe. In the first photograph, the cabinet and drywall were completely saturated with water.   Quick response by the customer and SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio eliminated any chance of secondary damage. In the after picture you will notice SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio had to remove areas of baseboard and drill holes in the toe kick of the cabinet.  This allowed airflow under the cabinet.  Once drilled we set our equipment to dry out the cabinet and drywall.  Our customer was extremely happy with the results. SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio was able to walk the homeowner through the water mitigation process.
